We get it—sometimes you order a shirt that says “Talibubbies” at 2am, and by 2:08am you’re rethinking your life. So here’s how we handle refunds:

🛍️ All Sales Are Final… Mostly

Because our shirts are made to order (we don’t keep stacks of “Master Baiter” tees lying around), all sales are considered final once the order is placed.

We don't offer refunds just because you changed your mind, got cold feet, or your mom saw the shirt and fainted. Please double-check your size, shipping info, and mental state before hitting that checkout button.


🧼 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item?

If your shirt arrives looking like it got run over by a conspiracy theory or it's not what you ordered, don’t panic.
Shoot us an email at help@awkwardtees.store with:

Your order number
A photo of the damage or mix-up
A short explanation of the issue (emojis optional but encouraged)

We’ll review it and, if approved, replace it or refund you. No gaslighting. Just good vibes and better t-shirts.


🕒 Timing Is Everything

You’ve got 7 days from the delivery date to report any issues.
After that, if your shirt has been to 3 parties, 2 Tinder dates, and a court hearing… yeah, we’re not taking it back
